A Christmas Mouse-tivity

Next weekend (November 25, 26 and 27th) is the annual Open Doors craft fair. Each year we have a raffle to raise funds for a good cause, with all the prizes hand made by ourselves. All our time and materials are our donation - every penny spent on a raffle ticket goes to our selected charity.

This year all the money raised will go to Water Aid, and we're both hoping to raise enough to make a real difference where it's needed most.

Over the last month or so, Mum and I have been knitting like mad to make this set up.  This is our first prize, a nativity scene with a difference!

The Archmouse Gabriel

Mamma and baby camel

Mary's donkey and a small flock of sheep

The shepherds and their flock

The three kings bearing their rich gifts

Poor Joseph carpenter mouse and his wife Mary, and their new arrival!

Family portrait.

Tickets will cost £1 each and will be on sale at the show.
