A new wee friend

On a walk this afternoon between our house and Mums, I realised that I wasn't alone. 

Sitting on my right shoulder, along for the ride, was one of these wee chaps.

Now I know it's a ladybird, but I've never seen an orange one with white spots before! Turns out it's a "common" species in the UK and nothing to get too excited about, but it made my day anyway!
